A patient's current or past procedure event, i.e. a course of action requiring tissue manipulation (e.g., skin or mucosal penetration), either surgical or non-surgical, for therapeutic and/or diagnostic purposes.<br/><br/>This entity represents an actual procedure event, as captured by a health care provider or a computer system. The entity does not represent information reported about a procedure event by a non-clinician, e.g. by a patient, which may be subjective and more or less accurate. <br/><br/><br/>
