Encounter Document Reference
A ridge table between Patient Encounter and Document Reference entity, links documents of any kind for any purpose to current encounter.<br/>It provides metadata about the documents so that the document can be discovered and managed. Includes formal patient-centric documents, clinical notes, scanned paper, and documents such as policy text that are not specific to a patient.<br/><br/>
