Immunization information, generally about a patient, reported by themselves or by another non-practitioner, e.g., a caregiver. <br/><br/>This entity contains only the relationships specific to reported immunizations, and not the attributes and relationships that are also applicable to other reported clinical information (those are in the supertype Reported Clinical Information), nor the reported attributes and relationships that are also applicable to immunization events (those are in the Immunization Detail entity). <br/>
