Health Care Service Event Non-Patient Participant
Represents Health care Service Event participants that are not patients, not general participants of the Encounter (e.g. clerks) and not documented as HSE performers since all of the above are already explicitly represented in other entities (e.g. A Resident observing a procedure but not actively participating as a performer).<br/><br/>If the role of an actor is specific to the encounter and not to an HSE within the encounter, then they would be an Encounter Non-Patient Participant.<br/>
