Notes: The last date and, if known (as is common), the time when a party acts (or acted) as a performer of a specific procedure. <br/><br/>During the next time unit (e.g. next minute or second, depending on the relevant precision), the party is no longer a performer of that procedure. <br/><br/>Often equals procedure event end date time, but may be earlier if performer stops before the end of the procedure.<br/><br/>
